As with any event, your Studio Hosted Digital event can be whatever you need it to be, and we can build it to work for you. It will take what you would expect of a ‘live’ event and deliver it as an online experience, and by providing some or all of the content from our studio, we offer much more than many virtual or online events. Even with the event based from our studio, you can still have additional presenters and speakers take part without leaving their home or office while reaching and engaging with your audience.

Creating your studio hosted digital event

By working with us to create a Studio Hosted Digital Event, you as the event organiser can create a more memorable event and an immersive experience, but with the flexibility of its delivery method.

During the pre-production process, we will work with you and develop how our studio will best deliver your event.

With our green screen facilities, you could create a virtual set, or we have the space to create a physical set too. If you choose to do this, it can help to make a central focal point for your audience, with your presenters and some of your speakers taking the ‘stage’ as they would at a live event.

We have autocue, comfort monitors, and we build in rehearsal time to ensure your contributors will feel confident in the environment of the studio.

With our infinity cove, we have the flexibility for multiple backgrounds, in white, black or use our green screen; they can appear to interact with remote speakers and other digital content, as well as using virtual or real staging.

You can have multiple speakers use the studio, either separately or together. Have two or three speakers take the ‘stage’ for a discussion session, to answer questions or anything else that forms part of your event, while maintaining social distancing. The studio also has a Clean Air System, keeping the environment well ventilated.

Our studio has flexibility inside, and outside too with plenty of room for changeover of presenters or speakers, make-up and dressing room, meeting room space, and free parking.

Not all your speakers will be in the studio, but we will still have full communication channels open to all contributors using our virtual ‘green room’.

All speakers who are remotely accessing the event have the comfort and security of having the online green room where they can liaise with our technicians, and their colleagues, so they can feel confident in the content they are due to deliver.

They can rehearse and check their Powerpoint, Keynote or Google Slides they will be sharing; it is the same as you would experience at a regular event, but completely online. Before the rehearsals and event, we can prepare video and other digital content and ensure that it is ready to run at the right time during the event.

All speakers would receive high levels of pre-production support, rehearsal time, and production and content support; we can also make recommendations for remote speakers on how to get the best visual experience for them and the audience.

Your designed studio hosted event

During the event is when the experience of the event will feel much more different from other online or remote events.

With presenters and speakers in our studio, the event will have the production values of live TV, and the video and sound quality will be consistent for all elements created in the studio.

Presenters will be able to communicate with other contributors in the studio, bring in remote speakers, and interact with the online audience if this is something that is required.

While filming in the studio, we use our remote camera heads, as used by national broadcasters. We can direct your contributors and film from our control room/space. By working in this way, we can maintain social distancing recommendations and make all parties involved feel more secure. We know how important trust is, and with these measures in place, we know that you will feel more confident in our studio, and the smooth running of the event.

During the event, we manage both the content in the studio and all the remote elements. Using our systems, we can have up to eight participants on screen together at the same time, including the feed from the studio. We ensure that the flow of communication is smooth for all participants using the green room.

Your remote speakers wait in the green room until they take part in the delivery of their content. In the green room, they can see and hear everything the audience experiences. The studio contributors can speak and liaise with the green room participants when they are not communicating to the audience.

If contributors are unable to make it on the day, we can pre-record videos in the studio before the event.

As production values for Studio Hosted Digital Events are much higher than what you can achieve for other remote events, you can add pre-records to a Virtual or Hybrid event too.

Making the connection with your audience

As discussed, by using a Hosted Studio Digital event, you are communicating with your audience in a way they are used to experiencing; like watching live television, but with the interaction of an event.

The communication flow from the event to your audience will be dynamic, engaging and stimulating.

Depending on your event, if it is private or public, it can be hosted by us, with a secure login page, or we can stream the event to YouTube, Facebook, or your preferred outlet. We have the flexibility to handle an audience of 10 through to 1000s.

We can supply a helpdesk to answer calls or live chat for audience needing help to login to secure hosted pages.

Your event can have the interaction that meets your requirements and the needs of your audience.

By having a dedicated crew technician to the content and feedback area of the event, we take the stress away from you. We can manage polls or asking direct questions via our portal. We can run Q&A sessions with private questions asked and respond to, or we can open it up so everyone can see the questions asked, whatever best suits your event and audience.

We can also create accessibility for all your audience, for example, providing translation and subtitles if required.
