If you are not an account holder with us, in order to hire we will need to see two forms of identification, a passport or driving license and a recent utility bill. On collection, we will take your payment for the hire of the equipment, if it is easier you can pay prior to the collection days long as payment clears. You can pay for the hire by bank transfer in advance, by credit, debit or AMEX card or cash on the day.
Our opening hours for payment, collection and returning of equipment are 0800 to 1730, if you need to collect or return during hours outside of this, please discuss and agree times during the booking process.
A £200 deposit will be taken to protect against any damage to the equipment and late return of the hire. The deposit will be refunded via the original payment method once the goods have been returned on time and in good condition. Any damages, shortages or late return fees will be deducted from the deposit. If the cost of these exceeds the deposit then we will issue a further invoice for payment. You can pay for the deposit by credit or debit card on the day of collection, we do not accept AMEX for deposit payments.
Equipment lost, damaged or returned late will incur continued hire charges at the prevailing rate until the equipment has been replaced, repaired or returned.
Our quotations are without obligation and are subject to availability, they valid for 30 days from the date on the quote. By agreeing to our quotation you are agreeing to be bound by our full terms and conditions, which are available on request.
