As Managing Director of the whitwam group, which includes designed event production, and with over 19 years of production experience, Buz is fully equipped to deal with any AV event production request!
Buz started at whitwam in 2000, and while he now spreads his time between event production, video production and directing the business, it’s with the event production team that Buz spends the most time.
Having produced events and video globally, and working with both our team and equipment, plus additional staff and kit wherever the job is based, Buz never gets stressed by last-minute changes!
Paul leads the designed. event production team, and has over 15 years of experience as an Event Production Manager.
Leading and motivating his team from the front, he keeps the crew running together, from the start to finish of the event.
Building strong working relationships is key to the success that Paul continues to develop. Working with closely with our clients on content, design and logistical challenges, he always puts in the extra effort to pull it all together in good time for showtime.
With 26 years of event production experience, there is little that can phase Tim!
Tim is the true AV all-rounder; sound light, projection, content, voting tech, stage builder, rigger and production manager. If Tim is running your conference or awards dinner, you can feel confident and know that with him on-board it will be a great success.

Alice is the newest member of the designed event production team, but having produced live events before, and years of experience in video production, she is no stranger to large scale and complex event production.
Mixing her time between account management and marketing the company she understands the value of making your event work creatively, on budget and with maximum impact.
