Account
Manager
Ren Reynolds
Despite his humble beginnings as an indie drummer, Ren managed to leverage his skills and experiences to carve out a niche for himself in the event production industry. With his expertise in Experiential Activations, working mostly on National and International sports events, Ren understands the clients’ desires and translates them into delivery. He involves the team to identify and use all the resources to hand and arranges those that need to be found.
Production
Liam Gillon
Liam’s addition to the team brings production management and technical skill shaped by six years working in theatre with experience of adapting to a client needs, troubleshooting under pressure with a can-do attitude and collaborative spirit. Whether it’s mixing sound for a live band, orchestrating lighting setups for a corporate party, or handling any other technical aspect of events, his experience proves to be invaluable in the realm of event production.
Tim Withers
Tim is the true AV all-rounder; sound light, projection, content, voting tech, stage builder, rigger and production manager. In recent times Tim has specialised in Virtual Event Production design and delivery.
Be it an enhanced Zoom meeting, Virtual Awards, AGM or a multisite production through a bespoke platform, Tim has it covered.
Jake Deacon
Jake is pretty new to Designed. but with a degree in Audio Engineering and six years AV technician experience, we look forward to seeing Jake show us a few new tricks whilst we share all our old ones.
Marketing
Chloe Wheywell
With over 20 years of experience developing and executing marketing strategies, driving leads with digital and traditional marketing, events and campaigns, Chloe enjoys writing content and showcasing the talented team and their projects as well as celebrating their birthdays. When not at work, she teaches yoga, swims in very cold water and enjoys cooking for the family and friends.

Buz Ross
As the Managing Director of the Whitwam Group, which encompasses designed event production, Buz holds a pivotal role in the organization. With an impressive track record of over 25 years in production experience, Buz is well-prepared to handle a diverse range of AV event production requests.
Buz’s journey within the Whitwam Group began in the year 2000. Since then, he has evolved from his initial role and expanded his responsibilities to cover various aspects of the business. his hands-on involvement in key operational aspect demonstrates his adaptability and dedication to the company’s success. He is now working closely with Ren and the team of Production Managers to ensure the creative development and professional delivery of our services.
