We know that good communication and coordination is paramount for successful results, the designed event team will work closely with you every step of the way from the initial phone call, through all the event elements and implementation.

We are proud to provide the best customer service, honest advice and value for money. On a mid-size production you will be assigned a production manager who will be your contact from start to finish. They will work with you and your team, through to the many technical crew involved in the event

At no point in time will you feel disconnected from the budget, schedule, production plan and those last minute changes that come up. Our aim is iron out all issues before they become problems

Buz started at whitwam in 2000 and whilst he now spreads his time between event production, video production and directing the business, it’s with the event production team that Buz has spent the most time with.

Having produced events and video across Europe and the USA, with the designed event production team, Buz never gets stressed by last minute changes!

Alice is new to us in 2016, but arrives with years of experience in production and video production.

If you’re meeting us for the first time she is probably the first person you will meet and discuss your project outline. Alice will be looking after your account to make sure you are set up and all the insurances, NDA’s, data security and financials are written up properly.
