Crisp and clear visuals are the hallmark of a professional presentation but do you want to project or use a digital screen? Both have advantages and we can help you select the best option for you.

With this in mind, we have a range of flexible, affordable projector and screens for hire. All our equipment, which has been thoroughly tested and maintained and is only by manufacturers and brands that we ourselves work with on a regular basis.

Please note, when hiring any screen if your presentation has audio you may need to discuss how this is going to be amplified.

UHD Digital display screen hire from £150 + VAT per day, (55″ screen without delivery, collection / installation costs).

Projector and projection screen hire

Projector and screen hire gives your presentation an affordable, large scale impact which you can hire and install yourself. We recommend discussing with us details about your venue before opting for projection.

Projection and screen package from £195 +VAT per day, (not including delivery, collection and installation).

Equipment hire is charged by 24 hour periods and subject to vat (not including delivery, set up or collection). Weekend hire Friday – Monday is charged as 1 day rate.

Our opening hours are Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm, for all phone calls, emails will be answered as soon as possible.

If you are unsure if your equipment will fit in your car, please do ask us for advice. Delivery, set up and collection can be quoted for separately.
